Delete your KitKit data
Delete your account in the KitKit app, or request deletion here if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete in the app
Open KitKit, go to Profile, open Settings, and choose Delete account. After you confirm, KitKit permanently deletes the account data described below and signs you out.
Subscriptions
Deleting your KitKit account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop renewal, manage or cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
Request deletion without the app
Email hi@usekitkit.com from the address you used for KitKit. Use the subject "Delete my KitKit data" and say whether you want us to remove your waitlist email, app account, or both.
Request account deletionApp data that is deleted
Deletion removes your profile and profile image, authentication records, friendships and requests, invite links, interaction history, call history, availability settings, and notification tokens from KitKit's active systems. Friend references to your deleted account are removed as part of the same process.
What happens to a web request
We may ask you to confirm that you control the account email. After verification, we will process the request without unnecessary delay and confirm when it is complete. Limited records may remain when reasonably necessary for security or legal obligations.
Provider records
Deleting your account in the app does not automatically remove historical analytics, diagnostic, purchase, or ad-measurement records held by PostHog, Sentry, RevenueCat, Apple, or Google. To request removal of linked provider records, email hi@usekitkit.com. After verifying that you control the account, we will apply provider deletion controls where applicable and confirm when the request is complete. Some transaction records may remain for fraud prevention, tax, security, or other legal obligations. Provider processing and configured retention periods may delay final removal.
Waitlist data
App account deletion does not automatically remove a separate website waitlist entry. Include "waitlist email" in your request if you want that removed too.
Need help?
If you cannot access the original email address, write to us and include enough detail to locate the account without sending passwords or sensitive documents.
