Child safety standards

KitKit has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards apply to everyone who uses KitKit.

What KitKit prohibits

KitKit prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, including grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, threats, and any sexual content or conduct involving a minor. Child sexual abuse material, or CSAM, must never be created, requested, uploaded, shared, or stored through KitKit.

How KitKit limits contact

KitKit is for people age 13 and older. People can communicate only after they have accepted each other as friends in their circles. This reduces contact from strangers, but it does not remove every risk. Never accept or continue contact that feels unsafe.

Report a safety concern

In the KitKit app, open Profile, then Settings, choose Send feedback, select Safety concern, and send the report without leaving the app. You can also email our monitored safety contact at hi@usekitkit.com. Include the account names, what happened, and when it happened. Do not send illegal images or other CSAM with your report.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.

How KitKit responds

We review safety reports and take action appropriate to the facts. This may include restricting or terminating accounts, removing prohibited content where applicable, preserving relevant records, and cooperating with law enforcement. We report apparent CSAM and child exploitation to the appropriate authorities or reporting bodies when applicable law requires it.

Child safety contact

KitKit's designated contact for child-safety matters is hi@usekitkit.com.
